| Message | Dear Sir, Thank you for your interest in the white coal business, I am making a preliminary statement about the terms of the contract I have signed with Korean customers as follows: Article 1 : Specificcation - Diameter: 2~ 6 cm max - Length : 3~7 cm max - Wide : 2~ 6 cm max - Ratio: + Abt 20% splited charcoal + Abt 80% round charcoal Article 2: Quality and inspection : a/ - Quality : • Quality of charcoal is based on Japan¡¯s standard. • Quality must be satisfied with below conditions and must be checked everytime shipment. - No spark discharge. - Burning time : at least 2.5 hours • In future, the Buyer has to send his representative to the Seller¡¯s warehouse to inspect quality before stuffing cargo into cartons / containers and the Letter Confirmation of Quality is issued by him as final result to be in conformity with the notified-above standards. • Quality of cont 40fell for sample cargo as per actual quality checked by Seller at the Seller¡¯s factory. • In case the Buyer has no condition to send his representative to inspect the quality, he could apoint one Logistics company to be on behalf of him to inspect cargo at the Seller¡¯s warehouse. All handling charges logistics is for Buyer¡¯s account. Article 3 : Packing: • Each carton packed about 10kgs • Kind of round charcoal is packed in carton to separate with kind of splited charcoal. • Goods should be packed separately depend on sizes and types of charcoal. Article 4 : unit price USD 1.4 / kg FOB , Korea, Japan Note : • This unit price is applied for white eucalyptus charcoal only. Article 5 : shipment term • 01st shipment is 01x40¡¯ as sample • Port of loading : Quy Nhon port of Vietnam • Port of discharging : port of Korea .Japan • The Buyer has to notify the Seller the shipment date at least 10 days before loading • The Seller has to notify the Buyer cargo¡¯s ETA to port of Korea Japan by email Thanks you and best regards !
