1/ Pelure paper for top shoes padding and wrapping:
Pelure paper (or Tissue Paper) is soft and thin paper which is made of virgin pulp paper or recycle pulp paper as required, the basis weight is from 17 g/m2– 30g/m2.
Using low quality paper such as recycle paper is more effective than virgin pulp paper as it is used to fix the shoes leather and prevent from wrinkle. The customers just use soft and thin paper to test by metal detector but not to realize to meet the requirement, although paper is not so bright. And thus reduce the cost.
Using Pelure paper to wrap shoes can provide better quality, as it is made of Virgin Paper Pulp, with color under the customer¡¯s requirement. Basis weight 17g/m2 or 30g/m2 can be used, paper has durability and strong enough to print on the paper surface as required.
