TPE (TPR) This is a thermoplastic resin. High heat resistance (highest to 120 degrees) withstand low temperatures (lowest minus 50 degrees). At high temperatures, the resin can transform into shapes, without the need to mix and cure. But there are characteristics of vulcanized rubber. This product is soft, non-slip used in injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding technology. Can recycle 100% of waste products to reduce raw material costs. Direct injection with PP, PE, ABS, PC, PMMA, NYLON materials, good adhesion. Good insulation. No phosphorus phthalates (Phathalates) and PVC, and conform to the requirements of international heavy metal content (EN71 and RoHS), as well as FDA materials exposed to food hygiene requirements. |
