COCONUT WOOD
Our company can supply COCONUT WOOD. It can use for multiple purposes.
PLYWOOD MDF
MDF stands for Medium density fiberboard, which means medium density fiberboard. But in reality, MDF is the common name for all three types of fiber pulp plywood products with medium density (medium density) and high compression (hardboard). To distinguish these three types, people rely on physical-mechanical parameters, parameters of thickness, and surface treatment of the board.
WOOD CHIPS DRYER
These dryers feature single and multi-pass technology that move materials through the drum in an airstream created by the dryer induced-draft fan. Multiple passes are mechanically interlocked to rotate at the same speed. As the drum rotates, the product is repeatedly showered into the dryer hot gas. OPERATION SYSTEM: Automatic control system via PLC Touch-screen for auto-control of burner and drying system Temperature parameters are adjustable
Particle Board
Particle Board or Okal is a type of wood made from woody trees of planted forests such as eucalyptus, rubber, acacia, etc., which is put into a pulverizer. Then it is mixed with glue and pressed under temperature to produce wooden boards of different thicknesses. The particle board can then be covered with decorative surfaces such as Melamine, Veneer, Acrylic, etc. to make into exterior and interior products.
PLYWOOD
Plywood is a sheet of material made from many layers of thin natural wood about 1 mm thin. The layers are arranged perpendicular to the grain pattern of each layer, then pressed together under high temperature and pressure with the participation of adhesives.
Natural Veneer
Veneer refers to a type of plywood that has Veneer panels on the surface. The nature of Veneer panels is also natural wood. Timber after exploitation will be cut (peeled centrifuged) into thick slices from 0.3mm - 0.6mm; width depends on the type of wood, about 180mm on average; about 240mm long; then dried into finished Veneer panels.
PLYWOOD
Nam Huy plywood is natural wood after exploitation, cut (peeled centrifuged) into slices from 0.3 mm - 0.6 mm thick, the width depending on the type of wood, an average of 180 mm, about 240 mm long, are dried.
MDF
MDF is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibers, often in a defibrillator, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure. MDF is generally denser than plywood.
PACKING PLYWOOD
Packing plywood is lower quality than commercial plywood but cheaper. It is used for packing purpose
Uncoated Plywood
Matply is a kind of commercial plywood. We name this commercial plywood as matply because this kind of plywood is not covered with face veneer. The Top and bottom layer are jointed by core composer. After pressing, this matply is sanded by calibrated machines. It is ready for face veneer lay-up. Benefits of Matply: Reasonable price: You can buy Matply at a low price. In Vietnam, we can buy timber easily and at low price, however, we have to import face veneers from other countries such as Myanmar. Therefore the cost of finished products will be very high compared to matply cost. Convenience: You can use matply for your plywood, you put your favorite face veneers on our matply, it becomes your products; Matply is applied in kitchen construction or furniture fields. Platform: Sometimes, matply are used as a platform of trucks or containers and other fields.
